What we do

Start with how often you need us

Nearly every house falls into one of three jobs: keep it maintained, reset it once, or hand it back empty. Pick the one that matches where you are.

Residential

Recurring House Cleaning

Weekly, biweekly, or monthly visits on a fixed checklist. The cadence that keeps a house from ever needing a reset.

Recurring House Cleaning →
Residential

Deep Cleaning

The one-time reset that reaches everything a routine clean skips — grout, tracks, vents, inside appliances, and hard-water film.

Deep Cleaning →
Residential

Move-Out Cleaning

Empty-unit cleaning scoped to what a landlord or buyer actually inspects, from inside the cabinets to the blind slats.

Move-Out Cleaning →
Commercial

Cleaning for offices and commercial property

Secondary to the residential side, and run differently: a written scope of work, an agreed frequency, and service after hours so nobody has to work around a vacuum.

Commercial

Janitorial Services

Contract cleaning on a written scope: nightly or weekly service, restroom programs, trash and recycling, and hard-floor care.

Office Cleaning

After-hours cleaning for suites and small offices — desks, conference rooms, break rooms, restrooms, and glass.

How it works

The part most people want to know first

Every visit runs the same list

  • Kitchen: counters, sink, cooktop, exterior of appliances
  • Bathrooms: toilets, showers, tubs, sinks, mirrors
  • Floors vacuumed, then mopped where the surface allows
  • Dusting on reachable surfaces, sills, and ledges
  • Trash out, beds made on request

Nothing is quoted by the hour

  • Flat per-visit price agreed before the first visit
  • First visits priced separately when catch-up work is needed
  • Frequency changes do not trigger a re-quote
  • Add-ons priced individually, never assumed

Access sorted once

  • Gate codes, lockboxes, and building check-in arranged at booking
  • Parking confirmed in advance, not worked out on the day
  • Pets noted by name and handled the way you tell us
  • Products swapped for yours on request

What clients say

These slots are reserved for real reviews from real Estrella Clean customers.

Recurring house cleaning
A long-standing recurring client. Ideally mentions consistency across visits or the same team turning up.
Deep cleaning
A one-time deep clean. Best if it names something specific that got fixed — grout, shower glass, inside the oven.
Move-out cleaning
An end-of-lease clean. Strongest version mentions the walkthrough going smoothly or the deposit coming back.

FAQ

House cleaning questions we get asked most

How much does house cleaning cost in Orange County?

It comes from the bathroom count, the bedroom count, and the current condition — not from square footage alone. Bathrooms and kitchens are where the time goes, so a compact three-bedroom two-bathroom house often takes longer than a larger home with one bathroom. We quote a flat per-visit price rather than an open-ended hourly rate, and a first visit on a home that has gone a long time without cleaning is priced separately from the routine visits that follow.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most recurring clients are at work during their visit. We set up access once — a gate code, a lockbox, a garage code, or a key you hand over — confirm it in writing, and reuse it. If you would rather be home, that is fine too, and for a first visit it is often useful so you can point out the things that matter to you.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes, everything needed for a standard visit. If you would prefer we use your products — a fragrance-free line, something specific for a stone counter, a vacuum you keep for a particular floor — leave them out and tell us, and we will use those instead.

What is the difference between a deep clean and a recurring clean?

A recurring clean maintains a house that is already caught up: surfaces, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, and the things that get used every day. A deep clean goes after everything a routine visit does not reach on each pass — baseboards, grout, inside the oven and refrigerator, window and slider tracks, vent covers, light fixtures, and hard-water buildup on glass. Most homes start with a deep clean and then hold with recurring visits.

Which cities do you serve?

We work throughout Orange County, with dedicated pages for Irvine, Anaheim, Santa Ana, Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, and Newport Beach. If your city is not listed, ask — the service area is the county, and the pages simply reflect where we get asked most often.

Do you clean businesses as well as homes?

Yes, though homes are the larger part of what we do. Commercial work runs on a written scope of work rather than a residential checklist: agreed frequency, defined areas, a restroom program, and a floor care cycle. Offices, suites, and small commercial spaces are the usual fit.

Tell us about the place and we will price the visit

Cleaning quotes go wrong when they are guessed from a square-footage number. What actually drives the time is the bathroom count, how the home is used, and the condition it is in right now — so those are the things we ask about.

  1. Send the basics. City, bedrooms, full and half bathrooms, and whether you want recurring, a one-time deep clean, or a move-out.
  2. We come back with a flat per-visit price. Not an hourly rate that moves, and not a range that resolves itself on the day.
  3. Pick a day and a cadence. Weekly, biweekly, monthly, or one time only. Change or pause it later without a penalty.

First visits often take longer than the ones that follow — a home coming off a long gap needs catch-up work before a routine rhythm makes sense. If that is your situation we will say so in the quote rather than discovering it in your driveway.
